WAHM Watch™ Policies and Terms of Use

The WAHM Watch™ is a program offered by The WAHM Mall™ for individuals desiring to sell their products on a venue with substantial traffic and exposure.

For each WAHM Watch™ slot that is purchased at www.thewahmmall.com, the WAHM will provide the following for your product(s) to be sold: a picture, a product description, pricing, available quantity, shipping information, a PayPal address, and any website address or email address currently being used by the WAHM for conducting business. To maximize exposure, each WAHM should additionally provide The WAHM Mall™ with biographical information about himself or herself.

The WAHM Mall™ will post the WAHM's products on The WAHM Mall™ on Hyena Cart (www.hyenacart.com/thewahmmall) for a maximum of 30 days per WAHM Watch™ slot purchased. If, after 30 days, an item does not sell, The WAHM Mall™ will issue a full refund. Upon request, The WAHM Mall™ will professionally edit product photos during the 30 day contract period. After the 30 day contract has expired, the listing will be removed from the Hyena Cart store and the WAHM will be responsible for storing their own images thereafter.

The WAHM Watch™ provides customers with easy access to a variety of hand crafts. Each seller and buyer shall be responsible for their own transactions. The WAHM Mall™ claims no rights or responsibilities for buyer and seller transactions; however, we do set forth the following guidelines.

1. Items must be a handcraft (non-commercial)
2. Items must be new
3. Items must be shipped with a Delivery Confirmation or tracking number
4. Items must be shipped by the seller in no more than 3 business days for instock items, and no more than 14 calendar days for custom orders. If the seller cannot meet these delivery requirements, then the seller must contact the buyer within this timeframe of the new delivery date.

Just as in any mall or cooperative conglomerate, one needs to seek out individual manufacturer warranties. The WAHM Mall™ makes no claim as to warranty of any item, exchange policy, or return policy. It is advised that the seller make clear these policies to buyers. In the rare event of a dispute between a Hyena Cart customer and a WAHM selling on The WAHM Mall™ Hyena Cart, The WAHM Mall™ will provide a mediating service in an attempt to resolve the dispute fairly.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone; this includes, but is not limited to, any person who has a known history of incomplete or unfair transactions, any person who misrepresents their wares, or any person desiring to list a venue-inappropriate item.

Any customer who do not comply with the terms of payment will be blacklisted and unable to conduct business with either The WAHM Mall™ or The WAHM Mall™ on Hyena Cart.
